INFORMATION ON RIGHTS IN RELATION TO THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Since you have filled in the contact form on the website of our company Sales House s. r. o.  VAT No. 28973127, with registered office at Vinohradská 2828/151, 130 00  Prague 3, you expect Sales House s. r. o. to respond to your question or request. For this purpose, your personal data is processed by our company Sales House s. r. o VAT No. 28973127, with registered office at Vinohradská 2828/151, 130 00  Prague 3, which is the data controller (hereinafter referred to as the “Controller“). 

Any handling of personal data is governed by applicable legislation, in particular Act No. 110/2019 Coll. on the processing of personal data and Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the “General Data Protection Regulation“). 

Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 et seq. of the General Data Protection Regulation, we provide you with information about the processing of your personal data and your rights related to the processing of your personal data.

We process your personal data because the processing is necessary to enable us to respond to your enquiry or request made by you in the contact form on our website www.saleshouse.eu.

We inform you that your personal data is processed in the following scope: name, surname, e-mail. Personal data will be processed until your question or request is answered or responded to your final satisfaction.

In the course of its activities, the data controller processes and stores your personal data under the conditions and within the limits set by the applicable legislation, in particular in accordance with the provisions of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, for the purpose of sending a response to your request or enquiry. 

Your personal data is processed automatically in electronic form. 

You have the right to ask the controller for information about the processing of your personal data. 

You have the right to have inaccurate personal data concerning you rectified by the controller without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by providing an additional declaration.

You have the right to have the controller erase the personal data concerning you without undue delay and the controller is obliged to erase the personal data without undue delay if one of the grounds set out in the General Data Protection Regulation applies.  

You have the right to have the controller restrict the processing of personal data in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation. 

You have the right to obtain the personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit that data to another controller without hindrance from the controller, in the cases provided for in the General Data Protection Regulation. 

If you believe that there has been a breach of the law in relation to the protection of your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the Czech Republic is the Office for Personal Data Protection.
